The goals of this master are:
- Understand the social dynamics of an association
- Support the innovation capabilities of professionals and volunteers involved in an association
- Give substance and form to the business leadership and make it consistent with the dynamics and functioning of associations
- Acquire methods and tools through a training reflection on the proposed models.
