This master aims to deliver high quality training, in a multidisciplinary and international approach. The challenge is to develop new management strategies suitable for an unprecedented context of participatory democracy, partnership and negotiation.

Understand the social dynamics of an association
Support the innovation capabilities of professionals and volunteers involved in an association
Give substance and form to the business leadership and make it consistent with the dynamics and functioning of associations
Acquire methods and tools through a training reflection on the proposed models.
