The conference will take place from 3rd to 7th November 2025 and it promises to be a special edition in several ways. First of all, it will take place in two different cities: Rotterdam and Utrecht. This conference being the 10th edition it will also mark an important anniversary for EMES after celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2022 as well as for the SE field overall. Indeed, the conference aims to convene scholars worldwide involved in social enterprise, social innovation, social entrepreneurship and cooperative research across the globe.

*For this anniversary edition, we’ve organized something special for you. We are excited to welcome you to two cities: the first half of the week will take place in Rotterdam, and the second half will be in Utrecht. We will provide information on several hotels to help you arrange your accommodation and travel. Additionally, for those joining us on the excursions on Wednesday, the transfer from Rotterdam to Utrecht will be included!
