Professor and researcher in the graduate program in social sciences at UNISINOS.

Holds a degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (1991), a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (1999) and a PhD in Social Psychology.

Has completed a sandwich training at the University of Havana in 2001 and at the Center for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra in 2003, under the guidance of Prof. Boaventura de Sousa Santos.

Currently Associate Researcher at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS) and is an associate researcher in the Research Group on Solidarity and Cooperative Economics (ECOSOL). Has experience in the area of Sociology and Social Psychology, also working in the area of Collective Health.

Research mainly on the following themes: social and solidarity economy, self management, work, contemporaneity and subjectivity.
