Beth Patmore is a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Beth has nearly 10 years of experience of conducting research in the private, public and non-profit sectors. She has been involved in a number of evaluative studies of organizational development and policy initiatives for central and local government departments, nonprofit organisations and statutory health bodies such as NAVCA, NHS Leadership Academy, 5 Boroughs Partnership Trust, Sheffield City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council. Beth has also conducted a number of evaluative studies concerning leadership and management development for private organisations such as River Island, Robert McBride plc, IMI Precision Engineering. Beth has also designed and analysed large state of the sector surveys for Servest Group, Interserve and CIPD. Beth is highly skilled in the design and delivery of both quantitative and qualitative research methods, although qualitative research is her specialty.
Currently she is finishing her PhD at Sheffield Hallam University which explores the relationship between actors and institutional structures in the design and delivery of innovative public services.
