Dr David Wren recent completed his PhD on Cultures of Performance and Rewards in UK Employee-Owned Businesses and has been appointed as the first Research Fellow in the (pilot) FairShares Institute for Cooperative Social Entrepreneurship. He attended the EMES 2015 Conference where the following paper with Dr Rory Ridley-Duff was included in the EMES Selected Series.
